There are two types of gas,The one that is the most popular natural gas that most town houses have the other gas is L.P.G this is usually the gas used when natural gas is not available. There are a few differences with L.P.G to natural gas.
L.P.G gas is heavier that air so if you have a leak on L.P.G it will not rise like natural gas it sits around the floor space.
Also the operating pressure of L.P.G is higher than natural gas.
