In August 2007 Tom Faulkner fitted a bathroom suite and en suite shower room at my property. The work involved removing the old suites, along with tiles and recessing the previously exposed pipework so it was hidden from view in the wall. Tom carried out the plumbing and tiling himself, and contracted in a plasterer and an electrician.
I would highly recommend his work, as found the service to be quick, clean and very efficient. They were always on time, and unlike many work men who have done work at my house they left at a reasonable time around 5:00 every day, so we could come home and relax.
I obtained quotes from several plumbers, and decided to go with Tom because of his obvious knowledge and experience. He was able to not only take on board my opinions, but was also able to offer his professional advice and recommendations around the work.
The work was done to a very high standard and finish, and I would definitely recommend the service to other potential customers.

In September 2008 Tom Faulkner and his workers Joe & Richard undertook the installation of our bathroom, i would like to state that i was very dubious in having tradesmen in the house as we have white carpets, but Tom insisted that they would use dustsheets that were new and also cleaned the carpets every day with his industrial vacuum. They arrived on time every day and the job went like clock work. We found that they were very organised and that further jobs we asked to do were no trouble, and always very polite. The Finished job is amazing and never thought that my bathroom would look like a showroom. I would highly recommend there service and anyone looking to use this excellent company can view my bathroom anytime.
